Our protein has very good texturizing properties, high nutritional value and is gluten-free. Good for vegetarian dishes such as rolls and dumplings, and as a perfect meat analogue for burgers and nuggets, or a substitute for fish meals.

GroPro’s gluten-free protein is a nutritious and tasty meat alternative for hamburgers, other minced meat dishes and sausages.


Pea and bean flour are easily cooked thanks to its low gelatinisation temperature. Use our pea and bean flour for sauces, gravies, soups etc. where an increased cooking viscosity is desired.

Pizza & pasta

GroPro protein concentrates are suitable for making gluten-free pasta with high nutritional value, and as an enriching vegan topping for pizza.


GroPro protein concentrates can be used for protein fortification in bread, pastry and other bakery products. It can also replace soy protein in gluten-free biscuits.

Our different flour products are good to use for bakery products such as gluten-free waffles.

Cereals & bars

Our pea and fava bean protein concentrates can be used to fortify vegan protein bars, and for enriching breakfast cereals and müsli mixes.

Green pea, yellow pea and fava bean flour are excellent to use for breakfast cereals.
